​Welcome to Brookhaven Country Preschool. I am proud to be in my second year as Education Director, though my journey with the Brookhaven family began much earlier. For 27 years, I've been part of Brookhaven Country Day Camp - 21 of those years serving as Junior Camp Director. This long standing connection to Brookhaven has shaped my deep commitment to early childhood education and the families we serve.

I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware and my master's in elementary education (PK-6) from Hofstra University. After nearly two decades working as a head teacher in an early childhood setting in New York City, I felt a growing desire to make a broader impact - not just in the classroom, but throughout the educational community.

Becoming Director of Brookhaven Country Preschool gave me the perfect opportunity to bring that vision to life. This role is so much more than a job, it's a calling. I am passionate about creating a warm, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child feels seen, valued and supported from their very first learning experiences.

At Brookhaven, we believe in building strong relationships with each child and their family. That personal connection is what truly sets us apart. I'm excited to continue growing our preschool community and making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children we serve.
