Toddler Program
18-36 Months
Our Toddler Program serves a maximum of 10 children, with a low teacher-to-child ratio of 1:5. This allows us to focus on the individual needs of each child, providing a nurturing and supportive environment where toddlers are encouraged to explore, build confidence, and grow at their own pace.
We understand that being away from home can be a big step for young children. Our caring and attentive staff work hard to build strong, positive relationships with each toddler, helping them feel emotionally secure and supported throughout their day.
The classroom environment is engaging and ever-changing, with rotating themes that spark curiosity and keep children excited to enter each day. These themes introduce new vocabulary, concepts, and experiences, helping toddlers expand their understanding of the world around them.
Each day is filled with a variety of enriching activities, including movement, music, art projects, dramatic play, sensory exploration, and much more. Our teachers support early language and communication development by modeling language, encouraging expression, and engaging in meaningful conversations with the children.
The toddler day is structured around consistent, predictable routines that foster a sense of stability and confidence. Knowing what to expect helps toddlers feel safe and ready to engage in learning and play.
Our teachers are warm, affectionate, and dedicated to creating a positive first school experience. They consistently praise children’s efforts, model positive behavior, and guide toddlers through important social experiences. Whether it's learning to take turns, share, cooperate, or be a kind friend, our teachers are there every step of the way.
To keep families informed, a daily sheet is sent home each afternoon detailing their child's toileting, eating, sleeping patterns and any other important notes from the day.
